Job Overview
The Real Estate Contracts and Research Coordinator will support the North America LMD Business Unit by conducting market research, managing property surveys, and handling contract administration. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of real estate market trends. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with data, negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research on commercial real estate trends, including property values, local demographics, and competitive landscape.
- Perform property surveys and data collection to support real estate acquisition, development, and management decisions.
- Coordinate contract management activities, including drafting, reviewing, and managing the lifecycle of real estate contracts.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, surveys, and research data, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support negotiations with property owners, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Prepare regular reports on market research findings, property performance, and contract status for management review.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external market data providers, brokers, and property managers to ensure access to current information.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, contract management, or market research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and contract management processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with real estate databases.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal and external parties.
